Backflow Services
What is Backflow?
A “backflow” occurs when clean (potable) water reverses direction causing a suction. That suction pulls in dirty water into your clean water supply system. The “dirty” water that gets pulled in can contain any number of harmful chemicals, fertilizers and other things you would not want in your water supply.
Plumbing Codes
Plumbing codes issued by the municipalities typically require the installation of backflow prevention devices in some residential buildings most commercial buildings whenever there is a chance that a “back flow” of water could be sucked into the clean water system. Backflow preventors the devices that protect your clean water supply and most of them need to be tested annually to make sure they are in proper working condition.
